Yarmouth Clam Festival

Yarmouth Clam Festival is Maine's great summer family festival.

Now in its 44th year, the Clam Festival boasts the state's biggest parade, a vast array of delicious seafood, outstanding entertainment, juried craft and art shows, and lots of fun rides and contests.

Live entertainment is available on three stages all weekend long; contests include the Maine State Clam Shucking Contest, a diaper derby, a professional bike race, a firefighter's muster, foot races for kids and adults, canoe racing, and kayak racing; and celebratory events include fireworks, a block party, and street dancing.

Admission to the Festival and all performances and contests is FREE.
